Today I got a bill dated 2nd September it arrived this morning 16th September saying I have to have made the payment by the 16th September which gave me a few hours after my shift. I had a telephone conversation and paid the bill over the phone with the Admin and they apologized for the errors of holding on to the bill for too long before posting it and sending 2 bills which were exactly the same. I guess the problems I had in the past with them for loosing a payment made to them by direct payment out through the bank and then giving me a late payment fee of £40.00 and collection warning letters. The bill had been paid but they lost it somehow when the company moved their office after 4 telephone calls one lady said they had found my payment but 2 days later I got another collection warning notice in the post. By this time I had had enough so I took the letters to the local council office as they do a service to correct things that go wrong with bill's and company's that get things wrong. I showed her the payment receipt from the bank and my bank statement that showed the payment had left my account and gone to the company. 3 days later I was given a letter of apology with the bill amended to take off the £40.00 for late payment. The company obviously had bad admin and computer problems and have not got their act together in 2 and a half years since their first errors.

So Yeah Shit happened and keeps on going. I guess I should beware of the Shit Storm ahead.
